Help solve the world's energy trilemma - with a Master in Sustainable Energy

The Master of Sustainable Energy is designed to equip students to address the challenge of developing transition pathways that provide affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.

The program aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of energy systems, responsible business practice and ways to address the threat of global temperature rise and broader climate change impacts.

As a graduate, you will understand the complex nature of energy generation, distribution, and supply; the crucial roles of finance, technology, and regulation for energy project management and business development; and the critical importance of social license for assessing the dynamic energy landscape.

All courses are in week intensive blocks.

Entry requirements

You must hold an approved minimum of a 3-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study from an internationally recognised institution; hold the appropriate academic English language skills as demonstrated by an officially recognised test of English proficiency as per guidelines by The University of Queensland; 3-5 years practical experience in a related field is required.
