About Gluten Free Cookery, Other UG Award - at City of Glasgow College

This course is for everyone cooking a gluten free diet. You will learn to:-

Cook healthy and delicious food that the whole family will enjoy as well as saving you money.
Use unfamiliar ingredients and techniques that you can easily do at home.
Avoid cross-contamination in your own home.

This course would also suit professional caterers who would like to offer a range of homemade gluten free options to their customers. In addition, it will assist with allergen information required by EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

Each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe which will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week.
